Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
